Sometimes I find myself tossing and turning when I go to bed.
My trick when this happens is to put a few drops of Cypress on my legs.
It works like a charm–I relax and fall asleep pretty quickly after that.
The trash can is often the site of unpleasant smells.
I put a few drops of Wild Orange on a paper towel at the bottom (beneath the bag) to keep the bad odors at bay.
Have a splinter?
Put a drop of Frankincense on it and cover with a band-aid. This will help the wood to come out pain-free.
When I’m feeling sluggish or bloated, I take 1 or 2 drops of Fennel oil internally. Why?
It helps promote a healthy metabolism, liver function, and circulation.

I’m so glad I have Spearmint on hand when Peppermint just seems to be a little too strong. I love putting it directly on my toothbrush to freshen up my breath.
All you need is:
4 drops of Arborvitae,
2 drops of Lemon and
whatever carrier oil
(I used olive oil in this case.) And voila! Clean wood surfaces for the month.
This oil is too handy not to have around. I keep it with me in case of that pesky paper cut.
Helichrysum may improve healing time for open areas as well as muscle tissue under the skin.
Adding one drop of Lavender essential oil to your mascara can help extend its life.
(And it will strengthen and volumize your lashes.)
