To increase the strength and shininess of your hair, put
4 drops of Cedarwood in your palms and work it through your hair when it’s damp.
Not only does it smell great, it really helps!
One of Hawaiian Sandalwood’s main chemical components is santalol–both α-santalol and ß-santalol.

All you need is:
4 drops of Arborvitae,
2 drops of Lemon and
whatever carrier oil
(I used olive oil in this case.) And voila! Clean wood surfaces for the month.

Easy cleaning tip:
add a few drops of Lemon oil to a sponge and place on the top rack of your dishwasher while washing dishes.
It leaves a great fresh aroma.
Clary Sage contains linalyl acetate; an ester that is one of the most relaxing and soothing essential oils when taken internally.
I put 2-3 drops of Clary Sage in a veggie cap to help relieve stress.
