Cassia smells like the holidays to me, but beyond that I love to take one to two drops of Cassia in a veggie cap for heart health and to support my immune system.
Sometimes I find myself tossing and turning when I go to bed.
My trick when this happens is to put a few drops of Cypress on my legs.

I put a few drops of Wild Orange on a paper towel at the bottom (beneath the bag) to keep the bad odors at bay.

This spicy addition helps soothe your throat as well as add flavor.
